With Gorganzola cheese and couscous this is great for fall.
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Place chicken in pan coated with cooking spray
3. Combine apple butter, mustard, salt and pepper. Brush over chicken
4. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
5. Prepare Couscous and gorganzola cheese
6. Cut chicken into thick slices. Serve over couscous and sprinkle with cheese and green onions.
