Suggest a better descriptionToss chicken, cornstarch, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate 20 min.
Prepare broccoli (separate florets and stems and cut into small pieces). Cover and boil for 1 min, drain and rinse immediately in cold water. Thinly slice green onions.
Heat wok or large skillet with oil. Saute chili, sauce, garlic, sugar, ginger about 10 sec. Add chicken and saute until cooked, stirring often. Add onion and broccoli and cook for about 1 minute or until heated through.
NOTE:
Can sub celery for broccoli
