1) Brown 1.5 lb ground beef in large saucepan over medium/high heat. Move to the outside of the pan.
2) Chop onion and brown in the center, until translucent on med/low heat.
3) Mince 2 cloves garlic, add to onions and brown for 1 min.
4) Add chili powder till mixture looks browner.
5) Add cayenne pepper. The more pepper, the hotter; you may want to add some later after you taste it.
6) Add kidney beans and crushed tomato. Stir, may need to add water to preferred consistency.
7) Simmer for 25 min. over low heat.
