With mashed sweet potatoes and roasted green beans.
Source: Hello Fresh
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a ramekin, combine half the maple syrup, chili flakes and salt. Set aside.
2. Place sweet potatoes in a medium pot, covered by 2 inches with salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender when pierced with a fork, 15-20 minutes. Drain and return sweet potatoes to pot. Mash off heat with the rest of the maple syrup, half the sour cream, 1 tbsp of butter, salt, and pepper. Cover to keep warm.
3. Stir Panko with melted butter, 1 tbsp olive oil, and a big pinch of salt. Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper. Spray baking sheet with oil and place chicken on one side. Spread the rest of the sour cream on the top, and pack the Panko mixture on top. Roast chicken for 8 minutes before adding green beans, tossed in olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast until chicken is cooked through and green beans are tender, 12-15 more minutes. Drizzle with spicy maple syrup before serving.
