Suggest a better descriptionBoil squash and onions until tender.
Mix the soup, sour cream, and shredded carrots together. Mix the squash and onions into this mixture.
Mix the melted butter and stuffing together in another bowl.
Put 1/2 the stuffing mixture on the bottom of a 9x13" pan. Add the squash and onions mixture over top of the stuffing. Top with the stuffing mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
I have added chunks of chicken or ham to the vegetable mixture and I always top it with shredded cheese before baking.
