make butter compound. mix all together, roll into a log in parchment or saran wrap, 1 1/2" in diameter
cook steak
preheat oven to broil. Place oven proof skillet in oven. Pat teak dry, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper
Remove skillet from oven, heat over medium high heat.
Place steak in skillet till dark crust has formed, about 1 minute.
Using tongs, flip and cook 2nd side 1 minute
Place skillet in oven, cook till desired doneness, flipping once.
Let rest 3-5 minutes
Serve immediately with butter
