In plastic bag big enough to hold the chicken combine the rest of the ingredients and marinate chicken for 2-3 hours. Best cooked on a rotisserie with indirect heat for 1 hour or longer, frequently basting with remaining marinade. Alternatively, bake in oven at 350F. Still, frequently baste.
