Suggest a better descriptionRinse bok choy and cut off bottom stem part. Separate into individual leaves. Cut stems from leaves and chop stems. Mix oyster sauce through garlic. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Heat a wok or larger frying pan over medium-high heat for 30 second to 1 minute. Add oil and swirl. Add bok choy stems and bell pepper plus 2-3 tablespoons of stir fry sauce (soy, fish, Thai sauce plus lime juice). Stir fry 1-2 minutes until pan is dry. Add mizuna and bok choy leaves with another 2-3 tablespoons of stir fry sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are softened but still have some crunch. Serve over rice or quinoa.
