Heat oil on high and add garlic. Cook chicken in oil and garlic until no longer pink. Salt and pepper lightly. Set aside. Stir fry vegetables lightly and salt and pepper. Add small amount of soy sauce. Add chicken to vegetables and sauce, and continue to stir fry cook for 3 minutes.
