Suggest a better descriptionStep 1: Sauce - in small bowl, combine cornstarch, OJ, soy sauce, garlic and ginger
Step 2: Meat - cook meat in skillet until lightly browned about 5 min, drain
Step 3: Veggies - cut all same size and add to skillet cooking for 3-5 min
Step 4: Add Sauce - stir in sauce to skillet, bring to boil, cook and stir until thickened (2 min)
Step 5: Serve with carb - cook rice
Sauce: ginger, garlic, onion
Protein: chicken breast, pork tenderloin, strip steak (all lean cut)
Veggies: snow peas, broccoli, peppers, cabbage, carrots, zucchini
Grain: rice, noodles
