Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and baking soda in a large bowl. Add eggs, oil, and strawberries; blend well. Add chopped walnuts. Do not use a mixer. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 50 to 60 minutes.
