A moist fruity quick bread. Could be served almost any time of the year!
Sift together the first five ingredients (dry). Make a well in the flour mixture and add the liquids, mixing thoroughly (strawberries, including the juice, eggs, oil). Add the chopped nuts. Pour batter into two greased (or sprayed) loaf pans. Bake at 350 until done. This amount of batter could easily make three or four small "tea loaves," if desired.
