Drain the berries;reserving liquid. Add enough water to equal 1 1/4 cups. In sauce pan, combine liquid, sugar, Cohen startch, and lemon juice. Bring to boil and begins to thicken . Remove from heat and cool before adding berries. Refrigerate.
Substitute any berry.
