Creamy Italian Strawberry dessert
Place the biscotti in a plastic bag and crush lightly leaving them slightly chunky. Put in a bowl, drizzle with the wine and stir. Mash half of the strawberries with the sugar.
Whip the mascarpone then fold into whipped cream. spread half of soaked biscotti. Top with half of the mashed strawberries and then half of the mascarpone mixture. Repeat the layers. Slice the remaining strawberries and scatter over the top/ Refrigerate. Serve cold.
