Simple strawberry shortcake.
Heat oven to 425. Beat 1/2 cup milk, sour cream, and sugar. Stir in baking mix. Spread in pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Cool.
Beat together pudding mix and remaining milk. Wisk 2 minutes. Stir in 1/2 of the cool whip.
Toss strawberries with 1/3 cup sugar.
Cut cake horizontally in half to make 2 layers. Place one on a plate and top with half of the strawberries and all of the pudding mixture. Top with remaining cool whip and strawberries.
Serve immediately.
