Add sugar to boiling water. Stir, let cool and set aside. Puree strawberries with lime juice. Run through sieve. Add corn syrup, stir. Add that mixture to the boiling water and sugar. Put in an ice-cream maker. (The ice-cream maker should stop when its done.) then put in freezer for about 1-2 hours. Ready to eat. Keeps for a long time.
