Suggest a better descriptionWash, hull and cut strawberries into quarters.
Put in large pot and add 4 cups water.
Bring to boil then reduce to a medium simmer. Skim any foam that rises to the top.
Strawberries should have lost most of their color after 20 minutes
Drain strawberries liquid into clean pot using a fine strainer. Don not compress strawberries to try getting more juice.
Add 2 cups sugar to juice and bring back to a boil stirring frequently go dissolve sugar. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
For strawberry lemonade use 1 1/3 cup lemonade syrup, 1 2/3 cup strawberry syrup and 5 cups water.
