Great summer no-cook dessert cake!
1. Crush cookies in food processor into crumbs.
2. Add butter and mix thoroughly.
3. Press into bottom of springform pan.
4. Combine yogurt and milk and heat briefly in microwave (lukewarm).
5. Add gelatin and stir until combined.
6. Fold into whipped cream.
7. Pour over crust.
8. Chill until set, at least 3 hours.
9 Decorate with strawberries, mint, other fruit.
Be sure to heat the yogurt/milk mixture until warm so the gelatin doesn't set too quickly.
