Pizza with a stuffed crust.
Mix all ingredients in food processor for a few seconds. Add 1 tbls olive oil, 3/4 cup of warm water, about 110 degrees. Add up to 1/2 cup more flour if too sticky.
Roll into a ball, brush with olive oil and cover with saran wrap. Place in a warm place and let rise for about 40 minutes.
Pat out dough with hands. Place string cheese around the dough and roll dough over to form the crust.
Bake in 450 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
