Suggest a better description- Mix olives, mushrooms, croutons, green pepper, onion and egg
- Lay steak flat and trim excess fat from outer edges
- Place dressing in middle of steak so it will be enclosed in centre when steak is rolled
- Roll steak and tie with butchers' cord at 1" intervals; season with salt and pepper
- Place on heated grill over a drip pan; baste with wine several times during cooking
- Cook until tender (about 1 hour and a half)
