These are good
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add whole egg and beat well. Add egg yolk and beat thoroughly. Beat in vanilla and lemon juice. Add flour and salt. Divide dough in 4 parts and wrap each in plastic. Chill several hours. Roll to 1/8 inch. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for 8-10 minutes. Decorate. Makes 7 dozen.
