Suggest a better descriptionCombine ingredients (do not drain salmon) except additional bread crumbs and butter, mixing with a fork until blended. Shape into 9 patties, using 1/4 cup each. Flatten out slightly. Dip into additional crumbs. Preheat frypan to 320 degrees F. When light goes out, melt butter, add patties, brown, turning to brown both sides. Serve with chili sauce or catsup.
