Suggest a better descriptionThis recipe is mainly for the sauce, feel free to use any type of small meatballs you like. I buy frozen Swedish meatballs at Aldi and they are delicious. Bake meatballs according to package directions
Melt butter in a pan on the stove and once melted whisk in flour until flour is incorporated with the butter making a roux. Slowly whisk in the beef broth until smooth. Add the dijon mustard and Worcester sauce. Once hot and bubbly add your cooked meatballs, I usually brown mine in the pan before making the sauce. Add the sour cream and stir. Serve with a nice sprinkle of fresh parsley on top.
Enjoy, and don't blame me if you have a sudden urge to go furniture shopping at IKEA after making this dish.
