Boil potatoes until tender. Mash with butter and spices. Add egg and mix throughly. Refrigerate until firm to touch. Form "dough" into balls, placing a couple of marshmallows in each one. Roll in graham cracker crumbs covering completely. Spray with cooking spray and bake on cookie sheet at 400 for 10-15 minutes.
