Suggest a better description1. Bring large pot of water to boil. Boil potatoes 15 minutes or until tender
2. Drain potatoes and mash with 2 tbsp milk
3. Heat skillet over medium-high
4. Saute olive ooil, garlic, onion, and red pepper, 1 minute
5. Add kale, saute until wilted
6. Add vegatables to sweet potatoes. Season with salt and pepper
7. Fold in black beans until incirporated.
8. Preheat oven to 450
9. Spoon into muffin trays
10. Bake 20-25 minutes
11. Broil 5 minutes until browned on top
12. Removge and let cool, 10 minutes
