preheat oven to 350
layer veggies in pan
BAKE VEGGIES for 20 minutes before ADDING chicken
combine molasses, ketchup, honey, maple syrup, and seasonings in bowl
place chicken in separate bowl
add about 1/4 cup of liquid mixture with chicken, stir well.
Place chicken and sauce over veggies place
place butter chunks on chicken
bake 25 minutes
heat remaining mixture in saucepan bring to simmer
combine cornstarch and water in small bowl
add mixture to thicken sauce bring to rolling boil. reduce to simmer
add thickened sauce to top of chicken
bake another 20- 25 minutes
At this point veggies and Chicken should be done.
