Coat chicken with cornstarch in Ziploc bag (shake n bake style).
Heat oil in skillet and add chicken and minced garlic.
Combine all other ingredients except broccoli, snow peas and water in skillet.
Add broccoli and water to skillet and cover; cook until broccoli is at desired crispness.
At the last minute add the snow peas to heat.
Serve all over rice.
If your sauce is not thick enough simple combine 3 tablespoons water and 1 teaspoon cornstarch; then add to skillet to thicken.
