My favorite taco salad. It's also easy to make.

1. Brown ground beef and drain off excess fat. Sprinkle onion soup mix and taco seasoning over meat and stir in 3/4 water. Simmer mixture uncovered until water cooks away. Stir in hot pepper sauce.
2. Meanwhile in salad bowl combine lettuce, cheese, tomato, and ripe olives, toss well. Divide lettuce mixture onto individual salad plates. Spoon meat mixture over lettuce and garnish with corn chips. Pass taco sauce
