Americanized and mild tacos, easy on the palate and the wallet.
Brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning per package directions. Heat taco shells and flour tortillas per package directions. Serve about 3 oz of the meat mixture, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream, taco sauce, and re-fried beans to taste for each taco.
Each serving is 3-4 tacos. You can vary the number of crunchy corn and soft flour tortilla shells to suit your family. You may not need this much meat, either, but my family likes a lot of meat in their tacos.
You can use whatever brand of taco seasoning you want, or even use your own spices. We prefer the Taco Bell brand Taco Seasoning over any others we have ever tried, but it can be difficult to find.
