Tandoori chicken is healthy and good tasting
Cut the chicken into two legs and two breast pieces. Make incisions with a sharp knife on them.
Place the chicken pieces in a deep bowl. Add salt, ginger-garlic paste,red chili powder and lemon juice and mix. Set aside to marinade for fifteen minutes.
For the marinate mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, salt,red chili powder,black salt and mustard oil. Add the chicken to this mixture and set it aside for thirty minutes.
Preheat the oven cook for 30 minutes till the chicken is done.
Sprinkle chaat masala and serve with onion rings and lemon wedges.
