Can be used for French Bread or Pizza Crust too
Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water. In large mixing bowl, combine water, salt, sugar and oil and mix well. Add 6 cups flour and blend well. Add yeast mixture, then 4 more cups flour. Stir until well blended. Amounts if flour are approximate and will vary every batch. Add final flour cup by cup until dough can be rolled in fingers to make a smooth ball that doesn't stick to fingers. Divide dough in fourths and roll out on 16" pizza pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 3-4 minutes. Remove from oven and add toppings; then, return to oven for another 20- 25 min.
