In a very large, non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add onion, green pepper, corn, garlic, and jalapeƱo pepper.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in chicken or turkey and spices.
Cook for 5 or 6 minutes more, until meat is no longer pink.
Stir in ketchup and Worcestershire. Heat through
Divide among rolls. Top with pickle slices as desired.
