Suggest a better descriptionIn a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. In saucepan, combine butter, water, and cocoa. Stir and heat to boiling. Pour boiling mixture over flour mixture. Add sour cream, eggs, baking soda, and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into a well-buttered 17.5x11 inch jellyroll pan. Bake 20 minutes at 400 or until done in the center. While baking, prepare frosting. In saucepan, combine butter, cocoa, and milk. Heat to boiling, stirring. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Pour warm frosting over cake as soon as you take them out of the oven. Cool. Makes 48 bars.
