Suggest a better description1. In cast iron, saute onions, garlic and chipotle peppers (including all liquids) in olive oil for 10 mins
2.Place mix in dutch oven
3. Dice chuck roast, brown in cast iron, then add to dutch oven
4. Brown meat and sausage in same pan, drain and add to dutch oven
5. Add the 3 cans of tomatoes and all juices, beer and chili seasoning. Mix well
6. Cook on low all day
Serve with corn bread
