Combine 2c flour, 2 c sugar,1tsp baking soda,2 eggs, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 c sour cream in a bowl. in a pan, bring to boil: 2 sticks butter, 1 cup water, 4 Tbsp cocoa. add all atonce to bowl mixture and mix well. pour into a 15" x 11" greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
While cake is in oven mix: 1 box powdered sugar,1 tsp vanilla, 1 cup chpped pecans.
in a small pan bring to a boil: 1 stick butter, 6 Tbsp milk, 4 Tbsp cocoa. Add at once to powdered sugar mixture.
Beat well. Ice cake in pan as soon as it comes out of oven.
