Mix together 2 c flour, 2c sugar and 1/2 t salt and set aside.
Melt together 2 sticks of margarine, 1 c water and 3 T cocoa.
Combine above mixtures.
Beat together the following ingredients, 2 eggs well whipped, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 c soured milk or buttermilk, 1 t vanilla.
Mix above mixtures.
Bake @ 350 in a 15x 10x1" pan (jellyroll pan) for 20 min.
Combine icing ingredients and ice the cake after it comes out of the oven.
