Hamburger casserole
Cook hamburger, onion and green pepper and drain grease. Mix in tomatoes, rice, chili powder, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan and bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes (make sure rice is tender).
I sometimes cook spaghetti squash and and put this mixture inside with a little cheese or bread crumbs on top.
