Chocolate Sheet Cake
Sift together the flour and sugar and set aside. Place 1 stick of the margarine, the Crisco, 2 tablespoons cocoa, and the water in a saucepan. Bring to a rapid boil. Pour over the flour mixture. Add the buttermilk, eggs, soda, and 1 teaspoon of the vanilla. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
5 minutes before the cake is done, melt the other stick of margarine in a saucepan, add 4 tablespoons cocoa and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon. vanilla, and the chopped nuts.
Pour over hot cake.
