Bring to a boil 2 sticks butter, 1 cup water, 2 tablespoons cocoa.
Add to flour mixture while hot. Cream well and pour in 15"x11"
cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until done.
While cake is baking make frosting and frost while warm.
Frosting: Bring to boil 1 stick butter, 6 tablespoons milk,
2 tablespoons cocoa. Add at once to 1 lb. powder sugar. Add
1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup nuts.
