Simple but impressive dish!
Heat some oil in a wok and fry the green paste for a few minutes to release the flavours.
Add the chicken and fry until the chicken is browned and well coated with the green paste (around 5 minutes).
Add the coconut milk, fish sauce, palm sugar and lime juice and bring to a simmer for around 5 minutes.
Add the green beans and sweet basil and simmer for a further 5 minutes until the sauce has begun to thicken.
