Suggest a better descriptionPour chicken stock, coconut milk, coconut cream, in large pot. Put ginger and lemongrass into boiling cloth or cheese cloth, tie and place in liquid. Bring to boil. Add all other ingredients except cilantro and basil. Simmer at very low boil for approx 10 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove from heat and stir in cilantro and basil. Serve. You can leave the cheesecloth floating for more intense flavor with leftovers.
