2. Place carrot, cheese and zucchini into TM bowl an chop for 5 minutes - Speed 4
3. Add mince, egg, breadcrumbs, tomato sauce into TM bowl and mix for 20 seconds - Speed 5
4. Prepare oven tray with baking paper, shape mince mixture into a loaf shape (not too thick so it cooks through).
5. Bake for 30 minutes
6. Carefully remove tray and drain excess liquid and fat away. Spoon BBQ Sauce over meatloaf.
7. Return to oven for an extra 10 minutes to glaze.
Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables
