Suggest a better descriptionTo begin, remove the stems and seeds of the bell peppers. slice into strips. next, cut the chicken into 1/4 inch pieces. set aside. in a small skillet toast the sesame seeds over medium heat, stirring frequently. remove from heat and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken strips with half the teriyaki sauce and ground ginger. in a wok over medium high heat, add in olive oil and teriyaki chicken. cook for 5 minutes, until cooked through.
Add in the green beans and chicken broth to the pan. cove and cook for 4-5 minutes, until green beans are slightly crips. add the bell peppers, onion and sesame oil. cook uncovered, stirring occasionally for 4-5 minutes. add garlic and the remaining teriyaki sauce, toss an cook for 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and toss with the toasted sesame seeds. evenly disperse amongst bowls, garnish with scallions and serve.
