Suggest a better descriptionSaute veggies in butter in large pot until tender-crisp. Add spices and cook for 1 minute. Add V-8 and diced tomato, bring to simmer, and cook for 30 minutes. Add cream and cheese. Cook for another 15 minutes. Season to taste. Makes about 1 gallon
