Suggest a better descriptionBrown sausage in a large sauce pan on stove. Be sure meat is broken up into small bits. Chop on cutting board if required. Remove meat from pan. Place onions in the sauce pan and cook over medium heat until onions are almost clear. Add garlic and cook an additional 1 minute. Add chicken broth and potatoes and simmer 15 minutes. Add sausage, kale and cream. Simmer 4 minutes and serve.
