Cream butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy. Sift cornflour and flour together. Mixe sifed ingredient inot creamed mixture, and kean well.
Roll out between two sheets of baking paper to 1/2 in thickness. Cut into 1 in x 2 in. fingers, then place on the baking tray. Prick around the edges with a fork.
Bak for 30 minutes or until pale golden.
