Suggest a better description1. Peel large russet potato
2. Use fry cutter and push potato through die
3. Thoroughly rinse cut potato two times and drain
4. Blanch fries at 300 degrees, until soft. Approximately 5 minutes.
5. Dump into pan to cool, keep refrigerated
6. When ready for fries, fry at 350 degrees until golden and crisp
7. After drying, drizzle truffle oil over fries
8. Add cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper
9. Toss all items
Note* Cut fries can be kept in water when refrigerated for up to a day
