Suggest a better description1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2) Clean the turkey breast thouroughly
3) Mix the butter and herbs (Rosemary and Thyme) together and rub it generously over the turkey
4) Insert a few sprigs of each herb under the skin of the turkey
5) Place the turkey breast side up on the baking rack in the baking pan. Insert the apple, carrot, celery and onion ito the turkey cavity
6) Pour the chicken broth and wine into the pan
7) Insert the meat thermometer into the center of one side of the breast.
8) Tent aluminum foil over the turkey, and place it in the oven.
Cook the turkey comes to an internal temperture of 168 degrees. Cooking time for a 6 pound breast will be 2 - 2.5 hours
