Add the coconut oil
Add the turkey meat and sear 1-2 minutes without stirring
Scatter the onion and garlic around the turkey meat and cook 2-3 minutes, stirring once or twice to break up the meat
Add the chili powder, cumin, and oregano and stir
Add the tomato paste and cook 1 minute, stirring once or twice until the paste becomes fragrant
Add the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and zucchini, and bring to simmer over medium heat for 20-30 minutes until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are tender
Add the lime juice and serve
