Suggest a better description1. Add meatball ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix to combine. Shape into balls and refrigerate, covered, for 2 hours.
2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
3. In a saute pan, heat oil on medium heat and sear the meatballs on all sides. Add them to an oven safe dish. Cover with sauce, then cover the dish with foil, and cook in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
For the Sauce:
1. Combine ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer to reach the desired consistency.
To Sous Vide:
Freeze meatballs before vacuum sealing. Cook @ 140 degrees for 1.5 hours.
